Pilates is a movement education program designed to condition the whole body, increase strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and promote good posture. The principles of Pilates are concentration, centering, control, precision, flow and breath. Through precise and sequenced movements performed on a mat and specialized apparatus, joints are aligned and core pelvic, abdominals and back muscles are strengthened. The CoreAlign® is part mind-body, part cardio, part strength, part flexibility, and a totally unique way to develop harmonious movement in the body! Exercises emphasize an upright posture and are designed to improve posture, balance, functional movement, gait and sport specific skills. CoreAlign exercises stimulates core stability muscles to fire in perfect timing while performing challenging exercises, very deep stretches and core-controlled aerobic training. Great for musculoskeletal rehabilitation, sport performance enhancement and as a regular workout for a healthy lifestyle.

Men and women of all ages and levels of physical ability benefit from the Pilates and CoreAlign techniques. We offer fitness program and specialized training on both modalities.
